R. Y. ABUDULAI ISSAHAKU,
Involved in the Management and Operation of the WCHS since 1998.
With 25years involvement in Community-based Conservation/CREMA and Ecotourism from Tour Guiding, Reception, Information Dissemination and Interpretation, Financial Management, Supervision, Planning, Human and Natural Resource Management, Active Decision making and also participated in Decentralization in local Governance Systems. I hold a Diploma in English and Business Management and a certificate in computer studies.

ASSISTANT SANCTUARY MANAGER, WCHS
JEBUNI HARUNA
Hold a Bachelor degree in Home Economics and a certificate of Tourism Operations Management. I have over 20 years of work experience with Community Conservation and tourism management with the CREMA Concept of Community Conservation. Has a strong desire for Community Development through relevant consultations with the relevant stakeholders

head Tour guide of the Wechiau community hippo sanctuary. I have a passion for community development and conservation as a whole. With 25years of experience. Expert in data collection on bird survey, invertebrate survey national and international. Because I was an Earth watch volunteer in 2009 at mountain Mulanji in Malawi. Besides Camera traps setting. Regular monthly hippo census within the Wechiau community hippo sanctuary. Very passionate in field work.

PROJECT MANAGER
Benjamin Hayford Adu - CENTRE FOR BIODIVERSITY CONSERVATION RESEARCH
Project Manager, CBCR/CZWI. An astute young man with a strong passion for biodiversity conservation, Climate Change, and community development. Benjamin holds a degree in BA Archaeology and Linguistics, two master degree in Climate Change and Sustainable Development and Ms. Business Management. Benjamin also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management from ICM-UK. He has 10 years of experience in community development and climate related projects.

SENIOR ADVISOR
Dr. Mary Liao - COMMUNITY CONSEVATION
Mary draws on her extensive experience to advise on formalising our valuable partnerships and stewarding our community conservation partnerships in Ghana. Her M.Sc. focused on feminist geography and environmental refugees in the informal market in Khartoum, Sudan. She then pursued her Ph.D. at Loughborough University, UK, examining the role of spirituality in international development in the water resources sector in Namibia. Mary has worked for over 20 years in international development with a focus on gender and social inclusion. Mary was a former Adjunct Assistant Professor, Department of Anthropology, Faculty of Art, University of Calgary, teaching courses in the Development Studies Program.

Dr. Kofi Amponsah-Mensah - COORDINATOR
Dr. Dr. Kofi Amponsah-Mensah - BSc, PhD in Zoology is an ecologist and wildlife researcher with expertise in ecological monitoring, bat trapping, QGIS, wildlife radiotracking techniques, and photography. His interests include bat ecology, conservation, and addressing wildlife and bushmeat trade issues.

Madonna Donneyong - CENTRE FOR BIODIVERSITY CONSERVATION RESEARCH
Degree in Community Development, with 9years of hands-on experience working closely with various communities to identify their needs, develop sustainable solutions, and empower women through skills training and income-generation activities. Passion for blogging, photography and a travel enthusiast.
